Still Whining
The artist formerly known as Buchel had part of the court case that Mass MoCA won against him three year ago overturned upon appeal. The judgement via Chris Marcisz.

My favorite part is that he has been displaying and, I think, selling mounted copies of e-mails from the museum to him about the aborted project.
So, he's still showing work, he's making money and gaining exposure over the conflict....How exactly has this hurt him?
