The Spaghetti Supper Wars
Candidate Alcombright has his spaghetti supper this Thursday at the American Legion. John Barrett had his kickoff supper a few weeks back, and it was well attended.

We need new and fresh approaches to how the Town is run. A tyrant at the helm forever can be efficient, but certainty not the American way!
Um, North Adams is a City, not a Town.
And outlandish rhetoric is not going to help get good leadership. For example, the definition of "tyrant"
1 a: an absolute ruler unrestrained by law or constitution b: a usurper of sovereignty
2 a: a ruler who exercises absolute power oppressively or brutally b: one resembling an oppressive ruler in the harsh use of authority or power
And the American way is through elections, and Barrett has been elected each time by an overwhelming majority.
I certainly agree that new and fresh approaches are needed. I await someone to actually come up with some.
Specifics, not generalities or platitudes.
