Buh Bye
Mr. Clark Billings is retiring from MCLA and the North Adams City Council. I hope he finds the serenity and happiness in Rhode Island that seemed to elude him here.

Now he's for the benches?? He always said if you don't like the city then leave, I guess he is taking his own advise. As much as he tried to say otherwise, he never was a local.

I remember when Clark used to dismiss my opinions by saying that I was just going to move away from the city anyhow. Life always comes down to a pot kettle black situation, doesn't it?
John- Usually he was just yelling at you, me and anyone who came to NA after him, to "get the hell out of town."
I believe I still have the quotes saved somewhere on my old computer.

That view sort of makes Clark the last official citizen of North Adams! How sad that he's leaving. Doesn't he care about this place?
