How come McCain isn't winking at me?

My favorite part, which I have seen none of the analysts bring up, was the part where McCain pshawed Obama for worrying about that nuclear waste stuff and then told us all about the big boats he had been on with nuclear reactors and it was no big deal.
My second favorite part was when he made the weird, snarky comment to Brokaw about not hiring him as treasury secretary. WTF??
McCain is so bizarre.
