  Electoral Condolences
Eric and Chris,

I look forward to voting for you in 2009. Hopefully you both will give me that option.

Best regards,
Greg

P.S. The next beer is on me.

P.P.S. Congrats to the winners.

Oh never mind-- I just spent 20 minutes in a response-- and it got lost--and I'm too tired to do it again--see if I can short cut-- this is probably Al Marden's and my last term--so there is twopotential vacancies--Eric??-- really too snooty for this town---take his inheritance and trust fund from him and he might have to really work at a job--aside from playing the fiddle-- good grief he barely beat Howard DaMico----he didn't campaign-- that aspect of politics was beneath him---guess there are not as many Rudinistas in this town as I though--if he had campaigned as Lisa Blackmer did-- he would have been in---Chris and I were ripe for the picking--but OH NO-- that would be beneath Eric's self recognized stature---his attitude is that he was above and beyond the fray---OK---be a loser--you want an elective office??? work for it--don;t sit there with Kelly Lee--and bitch and complain about everyting---and lose Lee- he is infinately more boring than you are Eric----so I got lucky---so what----as I said I was ripe for the picking--but am still hanging onto the vine--for two more years----my total vote 768-- thanks to the 68 who have loyally votrd for me in the past--and thanks to the 700 who voted for me because Vinnie Melito is an asshole---chbpod

POD is this the 2yr retirement speech, the Tiki Barber (and I'm a Giants fan) of the CC world.

Now the papers can preface every CC vote with "in what could POD's last vote on this issue . . ."

If this is your last term, go nuts and publicly call for benches on Main Street police and fire dept's a raise.
