BREAKING: Reported Hunting Accident in Woods off of Pattison/Luce Road
11:30 am. According to a resident of the area, a man has been shot in the head in an apparent hunting accident up in the woods near Chenail's farm. Emergency crews are on the scene and the Medivac Chopper reportedly is on the way.

Nothing new.
There was still a State Environmental Police Officer on the scene when I drove by at 3 pm yesterday, but that's all I know.

Raymond Beaudreau, 52, of Ballou Lane, Williamstown, was listed in critical condition in University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Worcester, late last night. According to police log, he, Thomas Beaudreau, also of Williamstown, and a third party from Adams whose name will be in the Transcript account today, were out hunting when the shooting happened. Williamstown police and environmental police are being very closed-mouthed as to how this happened. All we got was from the log, and it took some fancy footwork to get confirmation that Raymond Beaudreau was the victim.
