A New North County Food Blog
I don't think I know who Fran is but she's over at Plate to Plate and she knows how to forage in the local underbrush and then cook up a storm. Granted the blog only has two viable posts but they sure look good.
Hmmmm. Wild ramps. I've seen some growing just off of Reservoir Road. Maybe I'll go for a short hike this weekend. ¶ 9:20 PM

Eons ago, when I was a Boy Scout working toward a merit badge, I became aware of Natures kitchen. It is amazing what an edible wild feast the spring time has to offer.
Greg, I just found this entry about Plate to Plate, which after its false start about a year ago is going "officially" online this Friday. And I've found some more ramps in Williamstown, but I'd love to find more, as my source is sort of barren and I don't want to kill it off.
And you do know who I am. At least, I think you do. Or you do now. I'm at WO on Thursdays doin' the cheese.
